Digest is a living, non-pathogenic bacterial treatment, which breaks down and liquefies solids such as fats, proteins, carbohydrates and grease. The carefully cultivated bacteria are the active components behind Digest’s ability to quickly break down waste and eliminate odours. With over 200 billion spores per gallon, the synergized blend of multi-strain bacteria in Digest remain 100% active until their work is done, at which time they begin rebuilding their colonies to replace fatalities and the cycle is repeated, resulting in a successful ongoing drain or grease trap maintenance program. Digest is used in institutional grease traps to eliminate the build-up of grease which in time has to either be cleaned by hand or by expensive pump-out methods. Digest converts the grease into liquid which flows down the drain causing no further problems.

DIRECTIONS

Bathroom maintenance and odour control: Spray directly.Grease trap: Apply concentrate into a drain nearest to trap. It can be applied manually or with an automatic feed pump. Add from 3 – 33 fluid ounces (100 to 1000 mL) per day, depending on the number of meals served. Follow direction on label for exact amounts. As a stain remover, use prior to main wash or as a pre-soak. Allow 15 minutes to activate. Use at a rate of 1:64 with warm water as a detergent on any surface.
