Max Shine is a water-based acrylic polyurethane floor finish with 20 percent solids. Max Shine delivers a water clear gloss to bring out a floor’s natural beauty. Max Shine’s unique chemistry enables it to be applied in thin coats for maximum coverage. Max Shine can be applied on a variety of floors such as linoleum, marmoleum, vinyl, vinyl asbestos, tile, marble, concrete and even sealed wood. It can be used alone or in conjunction with a high-quality sealer such as Holdout and can be applied directly on top of most other finishes to produce a light, clear finish with minimal odour. Max shine maybe be scrubbed and re- coated or is fully removable if required. FEATURES & BENEFITS

DIRECTIONS

A sealer is not required, but if you have a very porous floor it may be advantageous to apply Hold out semi -permanent sealer. Two coats of Holdout are often sufficient. Preparation: Strip the floor with #1 Remover then pick up spent solution with a mop or wet-vac making sure solution does not dry. Rinse floor with NeutraMax as per label instructions.Application:1.Apply Max Shine with either fine string mop or finish applicator. Allow finish to dry for at least 20- 30 minutes. 2.Repeat step 1 until desired gloss is achieved. More Max Shine may be required if you have an un-sealed or porous floor. Maintenance:1.Dust mop floor regularly.2.Clean floor by damp mopping or with an auto-scrubber using our neutral detergent, NeutraMax, as per label instructions.3.Spray buff or burnish as desired. Use a thin topcoat of Max Shine as necessary to restore your floor to its original, glossy shine.
